I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of Lumiere Grande. Being just a short walk away from the Nagareyama-Otakanomori station made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel itself had a clean and modern interior with spacious rooms, providing a comfortable stay. The larger bathroom was a nice bonus. Additionally, having a coin-operated washer/dryer combo was convenient, although it did get busy in the evenings. There were also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, including a bakery, Ramen shop, Udon shop, and Mos Burger in the train station. The Lawson convenience store across the street was also handy.

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for my business trip. The onsen on the 11th floor was a great way to unwind after a long day of work.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with limited options for those who prefer a more international breakfast. the staff seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed by requests, causing some issues during my stay.

The view from the room was stunning, definitely worth mentioning. the room was spacious and well-designed, with clever use of space and plenty of charging outlets. the location next to the train station and a shopping mall was super convenient.
The breakfast options were limited, even though there was a Japanese option available, some of the items were not quite appealing to foreigners. the WiFi was not secure enough for computer use, but fortunately, this was resolved by using a VPN.

The hotel has an amazing location, being located very close to the train station. It's just a small walk from the subway station, making it very convenient to travel to different places. the room itself was clean and modern with a spacious bathroom. the hotel had excellent attention to detail and great facilities like the coin-operated washer/dryer combo and a nice shopping mall nearby.
The selection of breakfast could be improved a bit more.
